Mr. Sunil's Residence, which is situated in Thrissur, is built on a raised platform so as to have a high plinth which in turn gives better eyesight to view outside. The raised garden can be viewed from the Dining and to make the view more pleasing, the trees on the site were retained during the building construction. Parking have been designed below the raised garden. The rich exterior finish and elegant massing juxtaposed with the monolithic structure, makes this building neighbor’s envy.
